"We are the sun's rays, we are the wind that lifts the wing.
The body is but the extension of the Cåseus which flows through us all."

~Amalus, Humoran Philosopher and Exile

The nation of Humoro has long segregated itself behind high walls for the safety and cultural integrity of its people. A lush and bountiful expanse of grasslands, forests, plains, and rocky canyons, it has many desirable resources which are stridently defended. Their infrastructure makes extensive use of Realm Gates, rather than conventional roadways, and these (combined with Humorans' natural flight abilities) make navigating Humoro a challenge to any daring foreigners who might strive to trespass.

The Humoran people's possession of a hive-mind racial Gift enables near-instant communication throughout the country, enabling them to mobilize against any incursions. While an individual Humoran is fragile, delicate of constitution, and prone to anxiety, together they become a swift-healing, bold, and nearly omniscient force. When they cast together, they can generate unrivalled power. On occasion, they do allow cultural exchanges and do keep a few nations (primarily the Briandynians, Talmontese, and Tirivahni) close. Their world-famous beaded tapestry libraries are a rare sight. More likely than a direct encounter, travellers may find their exports of metallurgy, jewellery, textiles, tangible magics, and Realm Crafts highly desirable.
